The best part of the movie is how Carl and Ellie grew up and got old together at a fast forward speed. They really loved each other.
The second best part is when Carl took another look at Ellie's adventure book. It is such a touching and sweet moment. Carl actually lives up to his promise and makes the adventure to Paradise Falls. A closeup at Ellie's memo at the end - "Thanks for the adventure - now go have a new one!" Pixar did a great job!
